Estepona Launches First Guide Identifying Businesses with Facebook Profiles

Commissioned by the Estepona Town Council's department of culture, Avante Public Relations has just launched a new guide with icons identifying those businesses with a Facebook profile.

A great majority of potential clients are actively involved in social networks, Facebook being the most important of all with 400 million users worldwide. For this reason, the new guide uses icons to identify those businesses with a corporate profile on Facebook.

Passion for Estepona was launched via Facebook before being published, creating a group which users can join so as to receive the latest news about the town and its business sector.

The passion red, pocket-sized guide has been printed in a practical and elegant format. Passion for Estepona includes useful information on the municipality’s history, sights, leisure activities, restaurants and cultural attractions, as well as Sea and Sierra sections.

The guide covers the months of July, August and September and includes a monthly insert with the agenda of activities organized by the Town Council’s department of culture.

Avante Public Relations was been commissioned to develop the guide, whose objective is to give a boost to the Estepona’s businesses, many of which are unknown to tourists and even to the town’s inhabitants.
