On 4 December, the Ideales award ceremony was held in Granada. Each year, the newspaper recognizes the work of professionals, companies and institutions that have distinguished themselves through their professional track record or activities.
Alhambra hostesses handled the call centre, including the creation of a database, sending out invitations, and receiving confirmations, in addition to offering advice on organization, ranking authorities and producing name cards, and seating VIP guests and the highest authorities, and providing a team of hostesses, floral decoration, and a wardrobe service.
