AEDAV-Andalucia in Bid for Quality

The Andalusian Travel Agents’ Association (AEDAV-Andalucia) and the consultancy firm QAPRYMA Asesores have recently signed an agreement to provide the necessary technical advice and know-how for introducing a quality management system.

The main aim of this agreement is to help the largest possible number of travel agents to obtain the quality certificate, constituting yet another of the wide range of services that the association offers its members.

At the beginning of 2008, four travel agencies belonging to AEDAV-Andalucia obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certificate.
