Last year, over 30,000 people involved in planning conferences, meetings, incentive programmes, and special events attended the show, 25% of whom were company presidents, owners or CEOs. Nearly a quarter of the buyers present managed annual budgets for incentives, meetings, business gifts and promotional products of over a million dollars.

Among the many exhibitors at the 2005 edition, promotional product distributors, incentive houses, meeting planners, advertising, marketing and sales promotion agencies, and business and professional services had the strongest presence.
