The 1st Golf Tournament Crowne Plaza Estepona Hotel – Costa del Sol, organized by the well-known five-star hotel, is due to be held at the La Quinta Golf & Country Club, located in Benahavis (Marbella), on 10 April 2009.
On April 10, the Crowne Plaza Estepona will hold the first edition of its individual golf tournament, which will take place from 12am-6pm. Using the Stableford points system, there will be two men’s categories (HCP 0-19.1 and 19.1-26.4) and one for ladies (HCP 0-36), with prizes for the top three players in each category – Callaway golf equipment – in addition two special prizes of an Audi A3 Cabrio and a painting by Alejandro Hermann for a hole in one and the shot closest to the green of 2C, respectively. Likewise there will a lucky draw held during the prize-giving ceremony and the cocktail party, which will take place at the hotel at 7pm, with prizes including five green fees, two dinners, and a weekend for two at the Crowne Plaza Estepona.
