The first initiative was implemented in July with the launching of Eventilo.com, an online event organization and registration tool developed by the Dutch technology firm aanmelder.com and adapted by eventplannerspain.com to Spanish-speaking markets. This fully automated tool – also available in Dutch and English – features a wide range of functionalities which save users between 10-12 hours of work for each 100 participants. In the coming year, eventplannerspain.com will continue in the same line, constantly improving its website and direct request for proposal system so as to offer users the very best of experiences and services and its members the broadest range of business opportunities possible.
