This national event showcases both publically and privately owned brown land currently available in Spain.
The exhibitors at the 4th edition of SURBAN, with an exhibition area of 10,000m2, will include the city councils and autonomous communities in the forefront of city planning, such as Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia. Likewise, the event will also attract Spanish property developers, credit agencies, and a broad range of companies related to the building industry.
One of the new features of the 2009 edition of SURBAN will be the “dwelling factory”, an area dedicated to Spanish estate agents’ existing stocks, with the aim of finding buyers. In addition, there will be programme of technical seminars and the 3rd edition of the Surban Awards for City Planning and Development.
