Costing €45, the casting menu includes the following: warm haricot bean and hake egg salad; stewed lentils with foie gras; bread and garlic soup; chickpeas with spinach and cod; lamb stew; and cappuccino dessert. The wines accompanying the menu are Museum Crianza (D.O. Cigales) and Finca Monasterio (D.O.C. Rioja).
