In February, Eventisimo organized the international presentation of the Hyundai i30 in Seville.
The three-week back-to-back event was attended by 1,000 international reporters and showroom executives, arriving in groups of 150 according to their nationality.
On arriving at the airport, the guests were welcomed in the VIP lounge, perfectly decorated for the occasion. They were then assigned a vehicle to test drive and a GPS indicating the routes they should follow.
The Barcelo Renacimiento Hotel, the event’s main venue, provided space for a workshop area, where the participants could learn more about the specifications of the new car, and a branded chillout area.
Evening entertainment was also organized for each group. On their first night in Seville, they attended an official presentation of the car at the Abades Triana restaurant, overlooking the Guadalquivir, where after dinner they were treated to a live performance from the winner of "The Voice of Germany 2011." On their second night, they were invited to an elegant gala dinner at the hotel, with an entertainment programme including two completely different styles of music: an acclaimed African violinist and a troupe of flamenco dancers.
