Lamar de Eventos, the Malaga-based professional event, congress and convention organizers, has just launched "Pack & Go!", a new range of event service packages aimed at providing private companies and institutions with a low-cost event planning service.
The company has designed four new products, including all the basic and essential services, which help companies save up to 20% on event organization costs.
Companies can now organize their events for a fixed fee per person, while enjoying all the essential services including venue setup and décor, event staff and technicians, catering, basic audiovisual equipment, posters, etc.
This new concept in event organization includes all the services and logistics for staging corporate events, from congresses for 200 people and business meetings with a VIP lunch at a palace in Malaga’s historic centre, to conventions and incentives.
GMIC membership – event sustainability Likewise, convinced that the meetings and event industry should be committed to sustainability, and in line with the green initiatives implemented by the city of Malaga as an environmentally friendly destination, the company has designed Lamar Green Meetings, a new range of sustainable events.
Sustainable venues, environmentally certified collective transport, reducing the use of disposal materials and products, the use of natural and seasonal products in catering services, and calculating and setting off CO2 emissions all help to reduce the negative impact of events on the planet, the local setting and its business network.
