Andalusia in Luxemburg’s “Vakanz 2007”

The Department of Tourism has participated in the fair “Vakanz 2007”, held in Luxemburg from 19-21 January, with the aim of promoting Andalusia as a destination for cultural and outdoor tourism.

The fair, covering 14,000 square metres, has attracted 180 exhibitors and around 30,000 visitors from Luxemburg and other neighbouring countries such as Germany, Belgium and France.

Luxemburg: a growing market
The Luxemburg tourist market has performed well in 2006, with 44,396 overnight stays and an average stay of 4.5 days.
