Replacing the chain's previous B2B platform, the new site has been designed not only to cater to the needs of travel agencies and small tour operators, but also to those of corporate clients, offering real room availability and rate parity guarantees. With a modern, user-friendly interface, bookings can be made at Iberostar hotels in Spain, Europe and the Mediterranean in three simple steps, emulating the functionality of iberostar.com.
Iberostar launches IberostarPRO
According to Tomeu Bennasar, director of e-Commerce & IT, "With the launching of this new platform, we intend to take our online channel strategy to another level, providing a more agile and simpler booking engine."
The online registration process is simple and the platform's navigation system agile and intuitive, allowing agencies and clients to easily consult actual bookings, manage account information and access the corresponding information about Iberostar hotels in Spain, Europe and the Mediterranean.
