Iberoteam was commissioned to organize and coordinate the forum’s chief social event, as well as printed matter and gift logistics. This included organizing and coordinating the gala dinner, followed by a party with a DJ, with drinks and dancing, transfer logistics, and printed matter: welcome notes, posters, etc.
The gala dinner was held at Faena Madrid, only five minutes away from the hotel. On arrival, the delegates were offered a welcome drink, during which the event’s logo – Roche Global Player Forum Madrid 2011 – was displayed on a number of screens. Afterwards, a buffet dinner, comprising a select choice of Mediterranean dishes, was served.
After dinner, the guests were treated to a spectacular flamenco-tango fusion show, produced by Faena Madrid, followed by drinks and dancing.
