Tradeshow Exhibitors Give FYCMA Top Marks in Satisfaction Surveys All the exhibitors participating in the surveys conducted during the first half of 2011 would recommend the Malaga Tradeshow and Congress Centre (FYCMA) to colleagues for promoting and showcasing their products and services.

Complete satisfaction is the conclusion that can be drawn from respondees' answers to the surveys distributed by FYCMA during the first six months of the year, highlighting the centre as an ideal venue for marketing their products and services.

Along these lines, 96% of the congress organizers taking part in the survey would recommend FYCMA as a congress venue. Specifically, 88% rated the centre's technical equipment as "excellent" or "good" for staging their events.

As regards the quality of client hospitality dispensed to congress organizers, 100% of the respondees rated both the interest in their satisfaction and the professionalism of the centre's staff as "excellent" or "very good."

Likewise, the centre's accessibility is another of the aspects to which exhibiters and organizers gave top marks. The general accesses of the centre's facilities received top marks from exhibiters, while 88% of the congress organizers rated accessibility from "good" to "excellent."

FYCMA conducted the satisfaction surveys with the aim of optimizing its services, giving priority to the opinion of its users. The surveys were distributed between the exhibitors at the four tradeshows that the centre organized during the first half of 2011, as well as delegates attending 50 events – congresses, conventions, seminars and other events – held during the same period.
