At the next edition of the International Cultural Tourism and City Break Fair (TC & CB), the Andalusian Tourism Innovation Centre, Andalucia Lab, will be giving several accelerated business workshops geared to showing tourism enterprises how to optimize their online reputation and make the most of new technologies for boosting sales. The show will be held from 22-23 September at the Malaga Tradeshow and Congress Centre (FYCMA).
In the Online Tourism Brand Reputation workshop, on the one hand, the industry's professionals will learn how to boost their online presence by addressing external factors, such as the opinions of users, to use monitoring tools so as to learn what social networkers think about their tourism companies, and to design efficient solution for crisis situations.
On the other hand, using case studies and real situations the Online Channel Management Workshop will show participants all the opportunities offered by the Internet as a new tourism product sales and booking management platform. In addition, the current trends in Internet marketing and how to structure rates for each online distribution channel will also be discussed in depth.
In addition to the aforementioned accelerated business workshops given by Andalucia Lab – an agency belonging to the Andalusian regional government's Department of Tourism, Commerce and Sports – TC & CB will provide networking opportunities with the Cultural Tourism and City Break, and Language Tourism Workshops.
