SIMED to Boost Real Estate Sector with Important Discounts The main objective of the show is to offer buyers important discounts and help developers, agencies and financial institutions to shift accumulated stock.

The real estate show will be returning for the second year running to Malaga Congress and Tradeshow Centre (FYCMA) from 8-10 April, with important discounts and exclusive promotions with the aim of giving a much needed boost to the sector. At "Opportunities SIMed", buyers will be able to find discounts of up to 50% on apartments, as well as special promotions and credit facilities.

The chief aim of this real estate outlet showroom is to satisfy the needs of both buyers and sellers. On the one hand, the show is geared to attracting potential home buyers with very competitive prices, and on the other, developers, agencies and financial institutions, helping them to dispose of their existing stock.

Many of the sector’s leading companies have already confirmed their presence at the show, and several of them have even promised to offer buyers unrepeatable discounts.

Visitors to "Opportunities SIMed" will find new homes from €84,000, apartments located on Torre del Mar’s promenade from only €145,000, and real estate in Marbella and Fuengirola with discounts of up to 50% on their current value. Other exclusive promotions include flats in Malaga’s historic centre from €165,000.

Along these lines, visitors will also be able to find homes for rent from €250, with the possibility of obtaining free months.

At the 1st edition of the show, registering 14,000 visitors, 260 homes were sold. Exhibitors generated 250 leads each and were generally extremely satisfied with the high profile of visitors.
