Pontevedra Exhibition Centre to Host First Edition of Enotur

The A Xunqueira Congress Centre (Pontevedra) will be hosting Entour, the first international wine tourism fair in Spain, from 5-8 December 2009.

Exhibitors showcasing their products and services at the 1st edition of Enotur, scheduled to be held at Pontevedra’s exhibition centre this coming December, will include wineries, wine routes and cities, accommodation and specialized agencies, websites, wine museums, shop and wine therapy centres, publishing houses, etc. Around 20,000 people are expected to attend the event, which will also have a broad parallel programme.

The hosted country at this first edition of the event - designed as a unique platform for the wine tourism industry, geared to private sector and open to the general public – will be Portugal. Given its iterant nature, the 2010 edition will be held in Madrid.
