Font size A-A+The Association of Hoteliers of the Costa del Sol (AEHCOS) has recently participated in Poland's tourist fair Tour Salon 2009 with the aim of strengthening business relations established in previous years and searching for new feeder markets for the Costa del Sol.
With more than 700 exhibitors from 39 countries, Tour Salon 2009 – the most important tourist fair in Poland – attracted approximately 25,000 visitors from 21-24 October. AEHCOS attended the event in collaboration with the Tourist Office and the Chamber of Commerce. A number of businessmen from the Costa del Sol also accompanied the association’s delegation.
This is the third year running that the association has attended the tourist fair, which offers exhibitors the possibility of contacting buyers representing Polish feeder markets, including segments such as the MICE industry, golfing holidays, traditional tourism and language courses.
During the fair, AEHCOS met with a large number of the 12,000 trade professionals attending the event, as well as recuperating past leads.
